Compensation / Salary
Remuneration will be market linked, based on experience, seniority level, etc. of the candidate. It shall be subject to deduction of taxes/statutory deductions, as applicable. The CTC will include all emoluments, allowances, benefits, and perquisites paid on monthly, periodic, or annual basis as applicable.

Candidates must be one of the following:
- Citizen of India
- Subject of Nepal
- Subject of Bhutan
- Tibetan refugee who came to India before 1st January 1962 for permanent settlement
- Person of Indian origin migrated from Pakistan, Myanmar, Sri Lanka, East African countries (Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia, Vietnam) with the intention of permanent settlement in India (with Government of India eligibility certificate)
Age Limit (as on August 31, 2025)
Minimum Age: 40 years
Maximum Age: 55 years
Educational Qualifications & Experience

Selection Process
- Preliminary screening and shortlisting based on eligibility, qualifications, suitability, and experience.
- Personal Interview (PI) – conducted physically at IDBI Bank Corporate Office, Mumbai or virtually.
- Final selection will be based on PI performance and merit ranking.
- Document verification, character and antecedent checks, caste verification (if applicable), and medical fitness mandatory.
- If multiple candidates score the same at cutoff, older candidates will be ranked higher.
- The Bank reserves the right to alter, cancel, or modify the selection process at its discretion.

Additional Important Information & Disclaimers
- Posting will be at Mumbai/Navi Mumbai, but candidates can be transferred anywhere in India.
- Contractual appointment – no superannuation benefits.
- Leave entitlement: 12 days casual leave + 15 other leaves annually (pro-rata basis).
- Facilities: TA/HA, mobile, laptop, and air travel entitlement as per GM grade officer rules.
- Contract termination: Either side can terminate with 3 months’ notice or pay in lieu.
- Candidates terminated or removed from previous employment are ineligible.
