Eligibility Criteria
Essential Qualifications
- Professionals with MD and published papers, OR
- Professionals with PhD in Public Health / Epidemiology / Community Medicine / Life Sciences / Social Science / Social Work and published papers, OR
- Retired Government employees with requisite educational qualification, retired at Pay Band ₹15,600 – 39,100 + Grade Pay ₹6,600 with adequate working experience.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in health system research, implementation, or operational research
- Experience in mHealth applications, data analytics, telemedicine, digital health, and electronic health records (EHRs)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Ability to train and support field teams in using digital health tools
- Knowledge and skills in data management
- Experience in qualitative data collection and analysis
Age Limit
Maximum age should not exceed 67 years on the date of walk-in interview.
Reservation Details
- Post is Unreserved (UR).
- Age relaxation applicable for SC / ST / OBC / EWS / PwBD / Retrenched Govt. employees / Ex-servicemen as per Central Government and ICMR rules.
- EWS candidates must submit an “Income and Asset Certificate” as per DoPT guidelines (OM No. 336039/1/2019-Estt (Res)).

Selection Process
Selection will be based purely on candidate performance in the Walk-in Interview / Written Test. Generally, all eligible candidates may appear for this position.
General Terms and Conditions
- Positions are purely temporary and project-based with no claim for permanent appointment.
- Engagement can be terminated with one-month notice from either side without assigning any reason.
- Selected candidates must serve at least one month, failing which emoluments paid will be forfeited.
- No TA/DA will be provided for attending the interview/written test.
- Results of selection will be published on ICMR and NIIRNCD websites.
- Original certificates must be produced at the time of joining; otherwise, joining will not be permitted.
- Electronic gadgets like mobile phones, smart watches, Bluetooth devices, laptops, tablets etc. are prohibited inside the Interview/Exam hall.
- Submission of false information will result in disqualification.
- All rules and guidelines of ICMR apply to this recruitment.
