Salary & Employment Type

Pay Scale: ₹1,80,000 – ₹3,40,000 (IDA)

Employment Type: Full-time, Board-level position. Appointment shall be for 5 years from date of joining or till superannuation (60 years) or until further orders, whichever is earlier.

4. Private sector applicants must additionally submit:

   • Evidence of Board level or one level below position
   • Self-attested documents of age and qualifications
   • Details of relevant jobs handled

Eligibility Criteria

• Age: Minimum 45 years. Superannuation at 60 years. Internal candidates must have at least 2 years of residual service; others must have at least 3 years residual service on date of vacancy.
• Qualification: Engineering Graduate with good academic record. Preference for Mining Engineering and MBA/PGDM.
• Experience: Cumulative 5 years’ experience in last 10 years in Planning/Development/Production/Operations in Mining sector in a large organization of repute.
• Employment Status: Must be in regular employment (not contractual/ad-hoc) in CPSE/SPSE/Central Govt./Armed Forces/AIS/PSBs/Autonomous Bodies/Private sector company with annual turnover ≥ ₹2,000 crore. Preference for listed companies.
