Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) is a Maharatna Central Public Sector Undertaking and a premier aeronautical industry organization of South East Asia. HAL operates 20 Production / Overhaul / Service Divisions and 11 co-located R&D Centres across India. The Accessories Division, Lucknow is engaged in manufacturing and overhaul of aircraft accessories such as Hydraulic Systems, Brake Systems, Flight Control Systems, Fuel Management Systems, Instruments, and Pumps.

Employment Type & Tenure

The engagement is purely on a tenure basis for a maximum period of four (4) years. The tenure will automatically end on completion of four years from the date of joining, without any further notice. This engagement does not confer any right to claim regular employment in HAL.

Salary & Remuneration

Basic Pay: ₹22,000 per month
Dearness Allowance (DA): As applicable
House Rent Allowance (HRA): As applicable
Perks: 25% of Basic Pay
Medical Allowance: ₹1,500 per month
Annual Increment: 3% on Basic Pay (subject to performance)

Eligibility Criteria

NAC (3 Years) OR ITI (2 Years) + NAC / NCTVT (1 Year) in the relevant trade.
All qualifications must be from institutes recognized by statutory authorities.
Candidates possessing higher qualifications than prescribed are not eligible.
