Employment Details

• Employment Type: Fixed Term Contract (01 year, extendable based on performance and requirements)
• Consolidated Remuneration: ₹30,000 per month (all inclusive, no increments)
• Tenure: Initially 01 year, extendable

Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification:
  1. First Class Degree in Engineering/Technology in any stream, OR
  2. First Class Degree (other than BE/B.Tech) with 2 years MBA in any stream.
• Age Limit: Maximum 30 years (Relaxation applicable as per Government of India rules for SC/ST/OBC-NCL/PwBD/Ex-Servicemen/J&K domicile).

Job Responsibilities

• Processing of cash purchase orders and creation of orders in PPC portal.
• Processing of LPC case files and creation of orders in PPC portal.
• Preparation of briefs for vendor selection and tender enquiries.
• Preparation of briefs for opening price bids after approval.
• Initiation of tender opening date extension, if required.
• Preparation and forwarding of tender documents to central planning/user section.
• Preparation of briefs for placement of Supply Orders after approvals.
• Preparation of various material management reports.
• Coordination with Technical/DDO department for drawings.
• Any other miscellaneous duties assigned by higher authorities.

Selection Process

1. Screening of applications by a Screening Committee.
2. Shortlisting for Interview.
3. Personal Interview/Interaction (physical/virtual).
4. Weightage Criteria:
   • Aggregate Marks in BE/B.Tech – 85%
   • Degree (other than BE/B.Tech) – 35% + MBA – 50% (Total 85%)
   • Interview – 15%
5. Final Selection based on merit and verification of documents, caste certificate, medical fitness, and police verification.
6. Results published on official websites and call letters sent via email.
