Remuneration and Benefits

• A consolidated monthly remuneration of ₹25,000 (Rupees Twenty-Five Thousand Only) per month will be paid.
• Interns may avail 10 days of Casual Leave (CL) during the year.
• No other leaves will be granted apart from Casual Leave and bank-declared holidays.
• Leaves other than CL will be treated as "Leave without remuneration".

Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification: MBA or equivalent in Marketing Management, Cooperative Management, Agri-Business Management, or Rural Development Management.
• Residence Requirement: Candidate must be a permanent resident of Haryana and possess a valid Resident Certificate.
• Essential Qualification: Proficiency in computers is mandatory.

• Minimum Age: 21 years
• Maximum Age: 30 years (as on the date of application)

Selection Process

• Mode: Walk-in Interview.
• Shortlisting will be done as per the criteria laid down by NABARD.
• Shortlisted candidates will be called for interview.
• Average marks obtained in academic qualifications (High School, Higher Secondary, Graduation, Post-Graduation) will be considered.
• Selection will be based purely on the recommendations of the Committee.
• Applications will be screened by a Screening Committee, and shortlisted candidates meeting eligibility criteria will be informed by email for the interview.
• Final decision of the Competent Authority shall be binding.

• Candidates must submit their applications either personally or by post.

• The envelope must be superscribed with "Application for the Post of Cooperative INTERNS".
• Applications received after 20 November 2025 (5:00 PM) will not be entertained.
• Original certificates are not required at the time of application; they will be verified at the interview.

Roles and Duties of Intern

1. The intern will coordinate with PACS and other cooperatives to implement initiatives by the Ministry of Cooperation, Government of India.
2. Responsible for solving day-to-day issues faced by PACS in computerization, business planning, project financing, and approvals.
3. Prepare and share weekly status reports on activities implemented under cooperative schemes.
4. Maintain confidentiality of all data, reports, and documents handled during the internship period.
5. Follow the rules and regulations of the concerned PACS/DCCBs/HARCO Bank Ltd.
6. Interns will not interact with media or post on social platforms without prior permission.
7. Conduct themselves professionally with the Bank and in public interactions.
8. Interns may be posted or transferred to any DCCB or HARCO Bank as per functional or operational requirements.

Other Terms and Conditions

• The internship is neither employment nor an assurance of employment with the Bank.
• Internship is full-time; interns must observe the working hours of the Bank.
• The Bank reserves the right to terminate the services of interns anytime without assigning any reason.
• Interns must maintain confidentiality of all information during the internship period; violation may lead to legal action.
• Canvassing in any form will disqualify the candidate.
• Any dispute arising will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts at Chandigarh.
• Selected candidates must join within 30 days from the date of selection.
• Managing Director/CEO HARCO Bank reserves the right to cancel the appointment process without assigning any reason.
