Selected candidates will be posted anywhere in India depending on the requirement of the Bank. Candidates willing to serve anywhere in India should only apply. Selected candidates may also be transferred to offices outside India with their consent.

In addition to the basic pay, selected candidates will be eligible for allowances, perquisites and benefits as applicable to the respective grade as per the Bank's rules prevailing at the time of joining. Residential accommodation may be provided subject to availability or alternatively leased accommodation schemes may be applicable. The bank also provides loan schemes for housing, vehicles, personal computers, and children's education.

Eligibility Criteria
Manager (Grade / Scale MM-II) – Internal Audit
- Candidates must have obtained a minimum of 50% aggregate marks or equivalent CGPA in Graduation. The graduation course must be of minimum 3 years full-time duration.
- Candidates must also possess Post Graduation such as MBA / PGDBA / PGDBM / MMS with specialization in Finance / International Business / Foreign Trade with minimum 50% aggregate marks or equivalent CGPA.
- Alternatively, candidates who are Chartered Accountants (CA) and have successfully passed the professional examination are also eligible. Membership of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) is mandatory.
Experience Requirement:
Minimum three years of experience in a scheduled commercial bank, all India financial institution, or any other reputed organization in the field of internal audit or credit audit. The candidate must have experience in preparation and submission of audit reports, audit compliance review, analysis and timely submission of audit observations to the audit committee, review of scope of internal or concurrent audit, and dealing with RBI inspection or audit teams.
Deputy Manager (Grade / Scale JM-I) – Human Resource Management
- Minimum 50% aggregate marks or equivalent CGPA in Graduation with a full-time course of at least 3 years.
- Post Graduation such as MBA / PGDBA / PGDBM / MMS with specialization in Human Resource Management or Personnel Management with minimum 50% aggregate marks or equivalent CGPA.
Experience Requirement:
Minimum one year of experience in a scheduled commercial bank, all India financial institution or any reputed organization in HR functions including recruitment, performance management, training and development, manpower planning and other HR related activities.
Deputy Manager (Grade / Scale JM-I) – Administration
- Graduation with minimum 50% aggregate marks or equivalent CGPA in a full-time course of minimum 3 years.
- Post Graduation such as MBA / PGDBA / PGDBM / MMS with specialization in Hotel and Hospitality Management or Facilities Management or equivalent qualification.
Experience Requirement:
Minimum one year of experience in a scheduled commercial bank, financial institution or reputed organization in areas such as housekeeping, property maintenance, insurance management, security management and general administration functions.
Candidates should possess excellent communication skills and must be proficient in the use of computers and information technology.

Reservation Details

Candidates shortlisted based on their performance in the written examination will be invited for the personal interview. Final selection will be based on combined performance in both stages.

Service Bond Requirement
- Manager candidates must serve the bank for at least 3 years after joining.
- Deputy Manager candidates must serve the bank for at least 5 years after joining.
- Candidates must execute a personal bond of ₹3,00,000 at the time of joining.
