Detailed Post-wise Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must possess the requisite educational qualifications, minimum years of post-qualification experience, and meet the minimum past gross drawn remuneration criteria specified for each post:

1. Assistant Manager - Finance (E-1)

Requisite Qualification: CA / ICWA / MBA (Finance) with minimum 55% marks in graduation.
Minimum Post-Qualification Working Experience: Minimum 02 years post qualification executive experience.
Minimum Drawn Salary Criterion: The gross drawn remuneration should not be less than Rs. 3,60,000/- per annum in his/her last/current Organization.
Required Experience Scope: Experience of serving in Govt. / Semi-Govt. / Public Sector Undertakings / Commercial Organizations / Construction Industry. He / She should possess wide experience of managing fund/cash flow, finalization and maintenance of accounts in line with provisions under Companies Act 2013 and applicable accounting standards, Direct and Indirect taxation matters with exposure to Labour Cess, GST etc., Budget Preparation, Budgetary Control, Project Evaluation with regard to Project viability and Financial Control, Presentation Capabilities and handling of audit activities. In addition, he/she should have experience in liasoning with Banks, Statutory Bodies, Audit Agencies, Tax Authorities. Basic SAP working knowledge is required for handle daily accounting operations and possess a foundational understanding of the SAP to process financial transactions.

2. Manager Gr.-II - Finance (E-2)

Requisite Qualification: CA / ICWA / MBA (Finance) with minimum 55% marks in graduation.
Minimum Post-Qualification Working Experience: Minimum 04 years post qualification experience.
Minimum Drawn Salary Criterion: The gross drawn remuneration should not be less than Rs. 4,80,000/- per annum in his/her last/current Organization.
Required Experience Scope: Candidate should have experience in managing fund/cash flow, bank reconciliation, finalization and maintenance of accounts in line with provisions under Companies Act 2013 and applicable accounting standards, Direct and Indirect taxation matters with exposure to Labour Cess, GST, PF, ESI etc. Preparation and processing of accounting vouchers, vendor & Contractor bills. Preparation of MIS reports and financial statements. Monitoring budget utilization and handling of audit activities. In addition, he/she should have experience in liaisoning with Banks, Statutory Bodies, Audit Agencies, Tax Authorities and various Ministries. Working knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Tally ERP or equivalent accounting software is desired and experience in SAP FI Module will be preferred.

3. Manager Gr.-II - Civil (E-2) [Corporate Office, Delhi]

Requisite Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech or AMIE or equivalent qualification in Civil (min 55% marks).
Minimum Post-Qualification Working Experience: Minimum 04 years post qualification experience.
Minimum Drawn Salary Criterion: The gross drawn remuneration should not be less than Rs. 4,80,000/- per annum in his/her last/current Organization.
Required Experience Scope: Experience in preparation and implementation of QAP, ITP, Method Statements, Inspection Checklists and Quality Records. Sound knowledge of civil construction, quality control, concrete technology, construction materials and testing procedures. Hands-on experience in material inspection, site inspections, concrete testing, NCR management and corrective/preventive actions. Working knowledge of IS Codes, CPWD/MoRTH specifications and project technical specifications. Candidates should have Good documentation, reporting, communication and analytical skills, Good computer skills and working knowledge of MS Office (Word/Excel) etc.

4. Manager Gr.-II - Civil (E-2) [Western Regional Office, Gondia]

Requisite Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech or AMIE or equivalent qualification in Civil (min 55% marks).
Minimum Post-Qualification Working Experience: Minimum 04 years post qualification experience.
Minimum Drawn Salary Criterion: The gross drawn remuneration should not be less than Rs. 4,80,000/- per annum in his/her last/current Organization.
Required Experience Scope: Candidate must have experience in site construction of Civil/Structural works of Residential/Institutional buildings/Industrial projects. Candidates having experience in PEB structure, piling works, Quality assurance shall be given preference.

5. Manager Gr.-II - Civil (E-2) [Southern Regional Office, Chennai]

Requisite Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech or AMIE or equivalent qualification in Civil (min 55% marks).
Minimum Post-Qualification Working Experience: Minimum 04 years post qualification experience.
Minimum Drawn Salary Criterion: The gross drawn remuneration should not be less than Rs. 4,80,000/- per annum in his/her last/current Organization.
Required Experience Scope: Experience in execution of projects involving RCC/ Steel Structures for Infrastructure Works/ Large Civil works. Knowledge of design of RCC Structures and preparation of cost estimates for Projects is desirable. Knowledge in the field of estimation of bill of quantities, basic cost estimation based on Central / State PWD rates, including experience in the field of analysis of market rates, Preparation etc.

6. Manager Gr.-II - Civil (E-2) [Project Coordination Office, Hyderabad]

Requisite Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech or AMIE or equivalent qualification in Civil (min 55% marks).
Minimum Post-Qualification Working Experience: Minimum 04 years post qualification experience.
Minimum Drawn Salary Criterion: The gross drawn remuneration should not be less than Rs. 4,80,000/- per annum in his/her last/current Organization.
Required Experience Scope: Experience in infrastructure development project. Ability to prepare project cost estimates, Bills of Quantities (BOQ), estimating costs using CPWD / State PWD Schedule of Rates (SOR). Experience in analysis of market rates for items not adequately covered by standard PWD rates. Experience in Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) for construction works.

7. Manager Gr.-II - Mechanical (E-2) [Gujarat]

Requisite Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech or AMIE or equivalent qualification in Mechanical (min 55% marks).
Minimum Post-Qualification Working Experience: Minimum 04 years post qualification experience.
Minimum Drawn Salary Criterion: The gross drawn remuneration should not be less than Rs. 4,80,000/- per annum in his/her last/current Organization.
Required Experience Scope: Candidate must have experience in site construction of Mechanical works of Residential/Institutional buildings/Industrial projects. Candidates having experience in erection, testing and commissioning of various mechanical static/Rotary equipments, piping works process/raw water/treated/cooling water etc. shall be given preference.

8. Manager Gr.-II - Electrical (E-2) [Odisha]

Requisite Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech or AMIE or equivalent qualification in Electrical (min 55% marks).
Minimum Post-Qualification Working Experience: Minimum 04 years post qualification experience.
Minimum Drawn Salary Criterion: The gross drawn remuneration should not be less than Rs. 4,80,000/- per annum in his/her last/current Organization.
Required Experience Scope: Experience in design/detail engineering or hands-on erection, testing and commissioning experience of Overhead Transmission Lines, HT/LT Switchgears, HT/LT Transformers, HT/LT Motors, PF Compensation equipment and Electrical system engineering for Material Handling Plants/Power & Steel plants/Industrial plants/ Building/Infrastructural Projects consisting of UPS, Lighting, Cable Engineering, Earthing & Lightning Protection System etc.

9. Manager Gr.-I - Civil (E-3) [Goa]

Requisite Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech or AMIE or equivalent qualification in Civil (min 55% marks).
Minimum Post-Qualification Working Experience: Minimum 06 years post qualification experience.
Minimum Drawn Salary Criterion: The gross drawn remuneration should not be less than Rs. 6,00,000/- per annum in his/her last/current Organization.
Required Experience Scope: Candidate must have experience in site construction of Civil/Structural works of Residential/Institutional buildings/Industrial projects. Candidates having experience in PEB structure, piling works, Quality assurance shall be given preference.

10. Manager Gr.-I - Electrical (E-3) [Odisha]

Requisite Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech or AMIE or equivalent qualification in Electrical (min 55% marks).
Minimum Post-Qualification Working Experience: Minimum 06 years post qualification experience.
Minimum Drawn Salary Criterion: The gross drawn remuneration should not be less than Rs. 6,00,000/- per annum in his/her last/current Organization.
Required Experience Scope: Experience in design/detail engineering or hands-on experience of HT/LT Switchgears, HT/LT Transformers, HT/LT Motors, Hospital Building/campus development Infrastructural Projects consisting of UPS, Lighting, Cable Engineering, Earthing & Lightning Protection System etc. Having knowledge in the field of estimation of bill of quantities, basic cost estimation based on Central / State PWD rates, including experience in the field of analysis of market rates, Preparation of Expression of Interest (EOI) and preparation of construction schedule and experience in quality control/quality assurance is desirable.

11. Manager Gr.-I - Mechanical (E-3) [Chennai]

Requisite Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech or AMIE or equivalent qualification in Mechanical (min 55% marks).
Minimum Post-Qualification Working Experience: Minimum 06 years post qualification experience.
Minimum Drawn Salary Criterion: The gross drawn remuneration should not be less than Rs. 6,00,000/- per annum in his/her last/current Organization.
Required Experience Scope: Experience in Planning and Execution of Industrial/ Power/ Commercial projects including erection of Steel structures, Industrial Pipelines, Heavy & Light Mechanical Equipment, Testing & Pre-commissioning/ Commissioning activities. Knowledge in erection, testing & pre-commissioning of Booster Fan, Agitators, Process water pumps, FGD Absorber & Process water tanks, Industrial Heat treatment/ vacuum induction/ Retort Furnace systems, Crusher/ Ball Mill/ Pulverizer systems, Turbo Ventilation System, Industrial Structure & Roofing, EOT Crane, HVAC & Fire Fighting System is desirable. Further the knowledge in the field of estimation of bill of quantities, Preparation of tender documents, experience in quality control/ quality assurance is preferable.

12. Senior Manager - Civil (E-4) [Odisha]

Requisite Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech or AMIE or equivalent qualification in Civil (min 55% marks).
Minimum Post-Qualification Working Experience: Minimum 09 years post qualification executive experience.
Minimum Drawn Salary Criterion: The gross drawn remuneration should not be less than Rs. 7,20,000/- per annum in his/her last/current Organization.
Required Experience Scope: Experience in design/detail engineering or execution of Civil / Structural works of construction of Auditorium building with min 400 capacity / Fishery related project such as fish market, FLC etc. Experience in pile foundation, knowledge in the field of estimation of bill of quantities, basic cost estimation based on Central / State PWD rates, including experience in the field of analysis of market rates, Preparation of Expression of Interest (EOI) and preparation of construction schedule and experience in quality control/quality assurance is desirable.
