Recruitment Notice: Walk-in Interview for Teaching Faculty

This recruitment is for engagement of Teaching Faculty on contractual basis, including retired Army Medical Teachers, at the New ESIC Medical College and Hospital, Jaipur.

Base Salary and Pay Level (as per 7th CPC)

Note: Remuneration will be automatically revised with DA changes. No arrears are payable retrospectively.

Employment Type

Contractual engagement for one year, extendable for another year based on performance or until a regular incumbent joins. Terminable by one month’s notice from either side.

Application Process

Candidates must appear for walk-in interview with duly filled application proforma and required documents. Application fees (if applicable) must be paid via Demand Draft in favour of "ESI Fund A/c No. 1", payable at Jaipur.

Eligibility Criteria

Academic qualifications and teaching/research experience must be as per NMC Gazette Notification dated 30 June 2025. Retired Army Medical Teachers must produce equivalent teaching experience certificate issued by DGAFMS.

Age Limit

Maximum age: 67 years as on the date of the walk-in interview.

Reservation Details

Vacancies are distributed across categories (UR, OBC, SC, ST, EWS) department-wise. Candidates applying under EWS must produce valid Income & Asset Certificate. Caste certificates must be in Central Government format and not older than one year at the time of the interview.

Application Fees

• SC/ST/PWD, Female Candidates & Ex-servicemen: No Fee
• All Other Categories: ₹225 (via Demand Draft only)

Note: Fee once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances. Only Demand Drafts issued after the advertisement date will be accepted.

Selection Process

1. Selection based on performance in the interview before the Selection Board.
2. Results will be displayed on the official website.
3. Selected candidates must join immediately upon receiving the appointment offer.

Required Documents

• Two recent passport-size photographs
• Self-attested copies of DOB, educational qualifications, experience certificates, research papers, publications, PPO (if applicable)
• Valid caste/EWS certificate in Central Government format
• Registration Certificate issued by DMC
• Equivalent teaching experience certificate (DGAFMS) for retired Army Medical Teachers
• Relieving/No Objection Certificate (if employed)
• Original documents must be produced at the time of interview

• No TA/DA will be provided for attending interview.
• ESIC reserves the right to cancel the recruitment process or change the interview centre.
• Candidates eligible for higher posts may be considered for lower posts with temporary upgradation during tenure.
