Employment Type

• All positions are purely contractual.
• Teaching Faculty: 1-year contractual appointment.
• Senior Residents: Initially 1 year, extendable annually up to 3 years based on performance.
• Adjunct Faculty: Daily basis payment.
• Empanelment: Valid up to 1 year and extendable upon satisfactory performance.

Base Salary / Consolidated Pay

No other allowances are payable beyond the consolidated remuneration, except transport allowance for Teaching Faculty as applicable. No private practice is allowed.

Interview Schedule

Application Process

Interested candidates are required to appear directly for the walk-in interview with the necessary documents. There is no online application process for these positions. The application forms can be downloaded from the ESIC website.

Documents Required

• Filled Application Form
• Two self-attested recent passport-size photographs
• Self-attested copies of certificates and testimonials in support of age, educational qualification, experience, research papers, publications, etc.
• Original documents to be submitted at the time of interview for verification
• NOC from employer for candidates working in Central Government/State Government/Autonomous bodies/PSUs

Eligibility Criteria

Age Limit (As on date of interview)

Age Relaxation: 5 Years for SC/ST, 3 Years for OBC candidates.

Educational Qualifications

• Faculty: As per NMC Medical Institutions (Qualifications of Faculty) Regulations, 2025.
• Super Specialist Faculty: As per NMC Medical Institutions Regulations, 2025.
• Specialist in Hospital Administration (Senior Consultant): MBBS + MD(HA)/MD(CHA)/DNB(HAH) OR MHM/MHA + 08 years of experience after PG.
• Specialist in Hospital Administration (Junior Consultant): MBBS + MD(HA)/MD(CHA)/DNB(HAH) OR MHM/MHA + 05 years of experience after PG.
• Adjunct Faculty: PG Degree + 6 or 8 years of work experience based on role level.
• Senior Residents: MD/MS/DNB OR MSc + PhD in specified medical subjects.

Reservation Details

• Reservation will follow Government of India guidelines.
• SC/ST/OBC/EWS candidates must produce valid certificates in the prescribed format.
• OBC certificate should be the latest (not older than 1 year).
• EWS posts are not carried forward; unfilled seats may be filled by UR candidates.
• PwD and Ex-serviceman reservation rules apply.

Selection Process

For Teaching Faculty, Super Specialists, Senior Residents, and Adjunct Faculty

• Selection will be based on interview performance before the Selection Board.
• Results will be displayed on the ESIC website.
• Selected candidates must join immediately as per the appointment schedule.

For Empanelment of Super Specialists (CGHS Rates)

• Applications must be submitted via Speed Post/Registered Post or by hand to The Dean, ESIC Medical College & Hospital, Alwar – 301030.
• Last date for initial receipt: 25 November 2025, 12 PM.
• Applications received after this date will be reviewed every 15 days.
• Shortlisted candidates will be called for interview; details will be published on the ESIC website.
• Empanelled super specialists will be assigned work based on institutional requirement and rotation.

Other Important Information

• This is a weekly rolling advertisement and will remain valid until all vacancies are filled or notice of closure is issued.
• If seats remain vacant, interviews will be conducted every Wednesday.
• Candidates may submit applications every Tuesday depending on department vacancies.
• Vacancy list will be updated regularly at www.esic.gov.in and the notice board.
• Engagement is contractual and terminable with one-month notice.
• No private practice is permitted.
• Retired government officers will receive emoluments as per ESIC rules.
• Super Specialists must carry professional indemnity insurance (minimum: ₹30 lakhs per year).
• Attendance must be marked manually and through Aadhaar-based biometric attendance system.
• All remuneration will be paid via bank account with applicable TDS and GST deductions.
• Candidates must bring original documents and two recent passport photographs for verification.
