Employment Type and Salary
- Employment Type: Contract Basis (Full-Time)
- Initial Engagement Period: One Year
- Extension: May be extended for one year at a time based on performance and requirement
- Consolidated Monthly Remuneration: Rs. 70,000/- per month (initially)

Eligibility Criteria
Young Professional (General)
- B.Tech / M.Tech
- OR BE/B.Tech/LLB/LLM degree holder
- OR Master’s Degree in Non-Technical Courses
- Educational Qualification must be from approved recognized institutions as per specified NIRF Rankings (2025)
Young Professional (Statistic)
- Graduation or Master’s Degree in Statistics or Operational Research
- Institution must fall under Top 200 NIRF ranking (Universities/Colleges) or equivalent criteria
Young Professional (Economics)
- Graduation or Master’s Degree in Economics or Public Policy or Development Studies
Young Professional (Legal)
- Graduation or Master’s Degree in Law
- Institution must be within Top 40 NIRF Ranking in Law Category
Desirable Qualifications
- Background in research and published papers
- Data Analytics
- Report Writing
- Policy Making / Scheme Rollout
- Impact Assessment
- Field Surveys
- Appraisal of Government Schemes
- Competency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Relevant experience in Education Sector will be given due weightage
Age Limit
Applicants should not be more than 32 years as on 31.12.2025.

- YPs will ordinarily be engaged at Ministry Headquarters.
