Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum Educational Qualification: Matriculation (10th pass) or equivalent.
• Applicant must have completed 10 years of continuous service as Anganwadi Sevika by 01.01.2025.
• Candidate must be a permanent resident of Munger district with valid residential certificate issued by competent authority.
• Experience certificate for Anganwadi work is mandatory.
• If higher qualifications such as Intermediate, Graduate, or Postgraduate were obtained during service, proper permission letter must be attached.

Age Limit

• Minimum Age: 21 years as on 01.01.2025
• Maximum Age: 45 years
• Relaxation: Up to 11 years for eligible reserved categories

Selection Process

The selection will be merit-based with marks distribution as follows:

• Service Tenure: 10 marks for 10 years of continuous service; +1 mark for each additional year.
• National Award: 10 bonus marks; State Award: 5 bonus marks.
• Higher Qualification: Postgraduate – 10 marks, Graduate – 5 marks, Intermediate – 3 marks.
• Merit list will be prepared based on total marks obtained. In case of tie, preference will be given to the older candidate.
