Application Process

1. Application form available at official website: https://hisar.gov.in
2. Application form can also be collected from District Ayurvedic Office, 50 Bedded AYUSH Integrated Hospital, Village Mayyar, Hisar during working days in office hours.
3. Duly completed application along with all supporting documents must reach District Ayurvedic Office, Hisar by Registered Post or by Hand.
4. Two passport size photographs must be attached.
5. Self-attested copies of educational qualification, experience certificate, domicile certificate etc. must be attached.
6. No application will be entertained after closing date and time.
7. Only one application will be considered for one post.
8. No document will be accepted after submission of application form.

Eligibility Criteria

District Programme Manager

• Graduation degree in any discipline including AYUSH.
• MBA in Healthcare Management / Masters in Health or Hospital Administration / Post Graduation Diploma in Hospital & Healthcare Management (Two Years) from AICTE recognized institute.
• Minimum 3 years working experience in Public Health Programme.
• Exposure in social sector schemes/missions at National, State and District level.
• Computer knowledge including MS Office, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel.
• Preference will be given to candidates having experience in Health sector including AYUSH.
• Only job-related full-time experience after completion of qualification will be considered.

Data Entry Operator

• Graduation in Computer Application / IT / Business Administration / B.Tech (CS/IT) / BCA / BBA / B.Sc-IT.
• OR Graduation with one-year diploma/certificate course in Computer Science from recognized institute or university.
• Minimum 1 year experience (Government preferred).
• Exposure in social sector schemes at National, State and District level.
• Computer knowledge including MS Office, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Access.
• Typing Speed: English – 30 WPM; Hindi – 25 WPM.
• Preference to candidates having experience in Health sector including AYUSH.

Age Limit

Reservation Policy

• Reservation and age relaxation applicable as per Haryana Government policies.
• Categories: General, SC (DSC/OSC), BC-A, BC-B, EWS, Ex-Serviceman, PH etc.
• Valid proof must be produced at the time of interview.

Selection Process

Additional Important Instructions

• Knowledge of Hindi or Sanskrit up to Matric standard is compulsory.
• Original documents must be produced at the time of interview.
• Experience certificate must be supported with bank statement showing salary proof.
• Electronic gadgets such as mobile phones, Bluetooth devices etc. are not allowed during examination or interview.
• District AYUSH Society reserves the right to increase or decrease number of posts.
• Contract may not be renewed automatically and can be terminated without assigning any reason.
• No claim for regularization of service.
• Canvassing or influencing recruitment process will lead to immediate disqualification.
• District AYUSH Society will not be responsible for postal delay.
