Organization Overview
Digital India Corporation (DIC), established by the Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology, Government of India, is a not-for-profit company under Section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013. It is the implementing agency for the Digital India programme, promoting ICT-based solutions for e-Governance, e-Health, Telemedicine, e-Agriculture, e-Payments, and citizen engagement through technology innovation and participatory governance.

Eligibility Criteria and Job Details
1. Sr. Developer (Fullstack)
- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech./MCA or Graduate with relevant technical skills
- Experience: Minimum 4 years as Senior Developer
- Key Skills: PHP (Laravel, CodeIgniter), Python, MySQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB, RESTful APIs, JSON, Microservices, Redis, Docker, RMQ, AWS (S3, CloudFront, Glue, Lambda, RedShift), HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Git, Nginx, Apache
- Responsibilities: Web portal development, backend API design, microservices architecture, agile workflow, deployment management, and production support.
2. Data Analyst / Data Scientist
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Applications, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field
- Experience: 0–3 years
- Technical Skills: Python, SQL/MySQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, ETL, Machine Learning/Deep Learning, AWS/Azure, Hadoop, Linux
- Soft Skills: Analytical mindset, attention to detail, documentation, communication, and adaptability
- Responsibilities: Build dashboards, extract and clean data, develop ML/statistical models, conduct analytics and visualization, and support audit/compliance processes.
3. DevOps Engineer
- Qualification: Graduate or equivalent
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in Python & PHP development
- Age Limit: 23–35 years (as on the last date of application)
- Technical Skills: Airflow, ELK, Dataflow, Jenkins, Docker, AWS (EC2, ECR, ECS, Redis, Lambda, CloudFront, WAF, API Gateway), Load Balancing, CI/CD pipelines, Ansible, Linux/VMware
- Note: Experience may be relaxed by one year if the candidate is found suitable.
