Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification: B.Tech / MCA / B.Des or equivalent with relevant years of experience.
• Experience Required: Minimum 8+ years of experience in software development for any start-up or product company.
• Additional Skills: Experience in UI design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InVision. Knowledge of design guidelines for Android, iOS, Web, Responsive, and Windows platforms.
• Experience or understanding of designing accessible systems for users with special needs is desirable.
• Ability to manage end-to-end UX process including conceptualization, information architecture, interaction design, and visual design.
• Proficient in wireframing, paper prototyping, and digital prototyping.
• Experience working in Agile methodology with rapid prototyping and quick iterations.
