DRDO CEPTAM-11 Recruitment 2025 – Detailed Official Notification
Defence Research & Development Organisation (DRDO), under the Ministry of Defence, Government of India, has released the official CEPTAM-11 advertisement inviting online applications for direct recruitment to various posts under the Defence Research & Development Organisation Technical Cadre (DRTC). The recruitment covers Group ‘B’ and Group ‘C’ non-gazetted, non-ministerial posts. Women candidates are encouraged to apply. Pay Scale / Salary Structure

In addition to basic pay, selected candidates will be entitled to allowances such as Dearness Allowance, House Rent Allowance, Transport Allowance, Children Education Allowance, Leave Travel Concessions, Medical Facilities, CSD facility and other benefits as per Government of India rules. Recruited candidates will be covered under NPS/UPS as applicable.

Educational Eligibility Criteria
Senior Technical Assistant-B (STA-B)
Candidates must possess a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree or Diploma in the relevant discipline as prescribed against each post code from a recognized University/Institute/Board on the crucial date of eligibility.
Candidates possessing higher qualifications such as B.Tech, B.E., M.Sc., Ph.D. or equivalent are NOT eligible for STA-B recruitment.
Technician-A (Tech-A)
Candidates must have passed Class 10th or equivalent and possess an ITI certificate or equivalent trade qualification in the relevant discipline as specified in the notification.

Reservation Details
Reservation benefits are applicable for SC, ST, OBC (Non-Creamy Layer), EWS, Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD), Ex-Servicemen (ESM) and Meritorious Sportspersons (MSP) as per extant Government of India rules. Valid certificates in prescribed formats must be produced during document verification.

₹500 is refundable only to candidates who appear in the Tier-I examination. Fee must be paid online through Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking or UPI.
Selection Process
- Tier-I: Computer Based Test (CBT) – Screening
- Tier-II: Computer Based Test (Subject / Trade Specific)
- Technician-A candidates must qualify a Trade Test (qualifying in nature)
- Final selection will be based on merit, normalization of scores and fulfillment of eligibility criteria
