Eligibility Criteria

Hindi Officer

• Master’s Degree in Hindi with English as a compulsory or elective subject at graduation level, or Master’s Degree in English with Hindi as a compulsory or elective subject, or equivalent combinations as specified in the notification.
• Minimum 3 years experience in translation (technical/scientific literature) or teaching/research in Hindi or English in Government, PSU, Autonomous Bodies, Universities, or Research Institutions.

Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS)

• Matriculation (10th Pass) or equivalent from a recognized board.
• ITI Pass candidates are also eligible.
• 12th Pass is desirable but not mandatory.

Age Limit & Relaxation

Minimum Age: 18 Years

Reservation Details

Reservation will be provided as per Government of India and CSIR rules for SC, ST, OBC (Non-Creamy Layer), EWS, PwBD, Ex-Servicemen, and Women candidates. Valid category certificates in prescribed formats must be uploaded during online application.

Selection Process

Hindi Officer

• Written Examination (75% weightage)
• Interview (25% weightage)
• Negative marking of 1/3 mark for each wrong answer

Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS)

• Trade Test (Qualifying in nature)
• Competitive Written Examination (CWE)
• Objective type exam with negative marking

Important Notes & Disclaimer

Selected candidates will be placed on probation for a period of two years. The National Pension System (NPS) will be applicable as per Government of India rules. Candidates already employed in Government/PSU/Autonomous bodies must produce a valid No Objection Certificate.
