Base Salary / Remuneration
The monthly remuneration is determined as per Department of Expenditure OM No. 3-25/2020-E.III A dated 09.12.2020, following the formula:
- Last Pay – Pension (excluding Dearness Allowance)
- Transport Allowance is fixed, not exceeding the entitlement at the time of retirement
- No annual increment or percentage increase during the contract period
- No residential accommodation, telephone facilities, or other allowances
- Income tax and other applicable taxes will be deducted at source

- Extendable: Yes, year-to-year at the discretion of Competent Authority based on performance, requirement, and fitness

Eligibility Criteria
- Retired persons from Central Government / Central Autonomous Bodies above Pay Level-6
- Experience in Accounts, Administration, and Establishment works
- Knowledge of up-to-date Rules and Regulations of Central Government
- Proficiency in TALLY Software, PFMS Portal, and computer applications
- Good drafting and communication skills
- Desirable: Experience in Budget preparation, Bank Reconciliation, Financial Statement finalization

Maximum Age Limit: Should not be more than 63 years
