Employment Type
The positions are purely temporary. Initial appointment is for 1 year, extendable further based on performance, with a maximum duration of 4 years or until the completion of the project.

Eligibility Criteria
Project Associate – I (Molecular Biology & NGS; Code: PAI02)
- Master’s Degree in Life Science / Biotechnology / Bioinformatics or related Biological Science subject; OR B.Tech/M.Tech in Biotechnology with at least 55% marks or 6.5/10 CGPA.
- Desirable: Experience in molecular biology, genomics, digital-PCR, sequencing, NGS, genomic data analysis, report writing, knowledge of Python.
Project Associate – II (Bioinformatics; Code: PAII01)
- Master’s Degree in Life Science / Biotechnology / Bioinformatics / Computational Biology or related subject; OR B.Tech/M.Tech with at least 55% marks or 6.5/10 CGPA.
- Two years of R&D experience in industrial/academic institutions or S&T organizations.
- Desirable: Expertise in NGS data analysis, transcriptomics, metagenomics, mitochondrial genomics, Python, R, SQL, GIS, ecological data analysis, report writing.
Project Associate – II (Field Biologists; Code: PAII02)
- Master’s Degree in Life Science / Wildlife Science / Ornithology or related Biological Science with at least 55% marks or 6.5/10 CGPA.
- Two years of R&D experience in field research (birds, wetlands, other taxa).
- Desirable: Field research experience, GIS, ecological data analysis using R, report writing.
Age Limit
Upper age limit: 35 years as on the date of interview.
