- Candidate must have a minimum of 10 years of experience as an officer or local staff in relevant duties.
- Applicant must be a resident of the same state and preferably from the same or nearby district.
Remuneration and Travel Allowance
- Monthly Contract Amount: ₹25,000 (or lower based on pension deduction rules)
- Monthly Mobile/Conveyance: ₹1,000
- If a retired bank officer receives pension under the commutation pension rule, the contract amount will be determined by deducting pension as per bank guidelines.
- For applicants who have not opted for pension and are not receiving pension, the fixed contract amount of ₹25,000 and ₹1,000 for mobile/conveyance will apply.
- No additional benefits, allowances, or extra charges will be paid under any circumstance.
Leave Entitlement
- 15 days leave per year.
- Maximum of 2 days leave allowed per month.
Job Profile
The selected candidate will work as FLCC Director/Counselor and will perform all duties associated with FLCC (Financial Literacy and Credit Counseling) responsibilities, as defined by the Central Bank of India.
