Age Limit

Salary Structure and Benefits

• Monthly consolidated salary: ₹54,880/-.
• The remuneration includes accommodation, transport, medical benefits, leave travel allowance (LTA), and other financial benefits and allowances.
• Minimum provident fund contribution as prescribed under the EPF and MP Act, 1952, shall be deducted at 12% on ₹15,000/-.
• The current provident fund deduction amount is ₹1,800/- per month, subject to the number of working days.
• Employer contribution equivalent to the employee contribution shall also be made.
• Gratuity shall be paid as per the Gratuity Act by considering 65% of the consolidated remuneration and treating the Dearness Allowance (DA) component as NIL.
• The remuneration will remain fixed throughout the contractual period and no increment shall be admissible after completion of the fixed term period.
• Salary shall be proportionately reduced in case of absence from work.

• Handling direct taxation matters.
• Handling indirect taxation matters.

Selection Process

• Selection shall be conducted according to the prescribed rules and conditions of BECIL.
• The notification does not specify any written examination or interview process.
• If any information submitted by a candidate is found to be false or incorrect, the contractual engagement shall be considered void from the beginning.
• Such engagement shall be terminated immediately.

• The appointment is purely contractual in nature.
