Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

• Master’s Degree in Biochemistry, Immunology, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or related fields
• NET-JRF or equivalent National-Level Fellowship Examination qualification (Desirable)

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in maintaining T cell cultures and working with lentiviral vectors
• Knowledge of flow cytometry and basic skills in data analysis software (e.g., FlowJo)
• Experience with PCR, DNA extraction, and cloning techniques

Desirable Skills

• Understanding of bioinformatics tools such as AutoDock, AMBER, and other tools for data analysis

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in the design and execution of experiments related to CAR-T cell generation and epigenetic modifications
• Conduct cell culture, flow cytometry, and molecular biology experiments
• Participate in data analysis and interpretation
• Assist in maintaining laboratory records and reports
