Salary and Emoluments

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualifications

• M.Sc. in any branch of Life Sciences with four years of R&D experience.
• OR PhD in any branch of Life Sciences.

Desirable Qualifications

• Prior experience working in Biosafety Level 3 (BSL-3) and/or Animal Biosafety Level 3 (ABSL-3) laboratories.
• Hands-on experience with bacterial and viral pathogens.
• Experience with mammalian and bacterial cell culture.
• Experience in molecular biology techniques.
• Experience in flow cytometry.
• Experience in immunological assays.

Age Limit

• Upper Age Limit: 40 years

Job Responsibilities

• Handling bacterial and viral pathogens within BSL-3 and ABSL-3 facilities.
• Working with laboratory animals within high-containment environments.
• Conducting experiments in BSL-3 and ABSL-3 environments for SAHAJ (external) users.
• Assisting with additional tasks and protocols assigned by the Facility In-Charge.
