Job Responsibilities

• Deal execution and business development support
• Preparation of Information Memorandum (IM) to establish viability of the Project/Company operations
• Preparation of financial models
• Assistance in execution of syndication, project finance advisory, refinancing, financial and project appraisal, due diligence
• Analyzing financial statements for credit risk assessment
• Preparation of CMA data, projections, and project reports
• Maintaining relationships with corporate clients, banks, financial institutions, NBFCs, credit funds, and strategic investors
• Coordination with agencies such as TEV, LIE, valuation, legal counsel

• Experience in credit appraisal, research, or project finance
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects
