Job Description & Responsibilities
- Updating of UCC for existing client code (modifications in address, email, mobile, nominee, income, bank, etc.) in Front and Back office systems.
- Replying to all emails related to document modifications in DP.
- Call reverts for team leads, state heads, and zonal heads for DP and trading modifications.
- Processing and updating of REKYC cases including updates in email, mobile, income, address, closure, bank, and nominee details.
- Processing dormant account activations and resolving related queries.
- Closure, transmission, transfer modifications and updates in DP & Trading systems.
- Preparation and reconciliation of linking files, with daily submission to the Bank Linking Team.
- POA/DDPI linking in the DP Backoffice system.
- Coordination with Bank of Baroda DP Team and Business Development Managers regarding account opening issues.
- Coordination with NRI branches for PIS account-related queries.
- Data entry in the backoffice system post confirmation from the BOB Demat team.
- UCC generation and exchange updating for offline clients.
- Front office file uploads for clients who meet KRA, CKYC, and linking criteria.
- Brokerage updates in Backoffice system based on applicable schemes.
