Eligibility Criteria

Nationality

Candidate must be an Indian citizen.

Educational Qualification

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering from an AICTE approved institution through Regular / Non-Distance Mode.
• OR Degree in Electrical Engineering from a University or Deemed University established under the UGC Act through Regular / Non-Distance Mode.
• Distance education, correspondence courses, or part-time qualifications are not accepted.

Age Limit

Reservation Details

• Reservation will be applicable as per Bihar Government reservation rules.
• Categories include UR, EWS, SC, ST, EBC, BC, BC Female.
• 35% reservation is applicable for Bihar State Domicile Women candidates.
• 40% vacancies are reserved for Bihar candidates and 60% are open category.
• Horizontal reservation is applicable for Divyang candidates (VH, HH, OH, MH).

Application Fee

• Application Fee: ₹100 (One Hundred Rupees Only)
• Payment must be made through online mode only.
• Accepted payment methods include Debit Card, Credit Card, Internet Banking, and UPI.
• Additional bank charges may be applicable.
• Application fee once paid will not be refunded.

Selection Process

• Maximum 5 marks will be awarded for each completed year of relevant work experience.
• Maximum experience marks shall not exceed 25 marks.
• Experience marks will be calculated based on number of working days divided by 365.
• Final merit list will be prepared on the basis of total marks obtained.

Photo Identification Requirements

• Aadhaar Number is mandatory for online application.
• If Aadhaar is not available, other valid photo ID such as PAN Card or Driving License may be used.
• Candidates must present the same photo ID during examination or counselling.

• The Commission reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of vacancies.
