Pay Scale and Benefits
Selected candidates will be placed in Grade E-VIA with the following pay structure:
- Pay Scale: ₹90,000 – 3% – ₹2,40,000
- Allowances: Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), 35% of basic pay as perks
- Other Benefits: Provident Fund (PF), Gratuity, Pension, Group Insurance, Performance Related Pay
- Medical reimbursement for self and dependent family members

Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in any discipline (Pass Class)
- Experience: Minimum 20 years of relevant experience
- Defence Ranks with minimum 2 years seniority:
- Colonel – Indian Army
- Captain – Indian Navy
- Group Captain – Indian Air Force
- Retired candidates should have been discharged within 5 years of advertisement date.
- Exposure in technical/business liaison with HQ / MoD / DRDO / PSUs preferred.
Age Limit
- General Category: Maximum 52 years as on 01-09-2025
- OBC (NCL): Maximum 55 years as on 01-09-2025
