Eligibility Criteria
For Retired Bank Employees:
- Retired officers (including voluntarily retired) of any bank (PSU / RRB / Private Banks / Co-operative banks) up to the rank of Chief Manager/equivalent
- Retired clerks of Bank of Baroda with JAIIB qualification
- Minimum 3 years of rural banking experience
- Maximum continuation age: 65 years
For Young Candidates:
- Minimum qualification: Graduate with Computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet)
- Preference for M.Sc.(IT)/BE(IT)/MCA/MBA
- Age: 21–45 years at the time of appointment
- Maximum continuation age: 65 years

Selection Process
- Selection will be held through an interview process conducted by a committee headed by the Regional Head.
- Due diligence including KYC & CIBIL score checks will be followed.
- Police verification will be mandatory before appointment.
- Performance will be reviewed monthly by Deputy Regional Head.
- Contract renewal based on performance score matrix.
- Termination: Either party can terminate with 30 days’ notice. Bank reserves the right for immediate termination in case of misconduct.
Other Important Information
- Contract Period: 36 months initially, subject to annual review.
- Leave entitlement: 2.5 days per completed month. Extra Ordinary Leave on Loss of Pay (ELOP) up to 60 days during entire engagement.
- Mandatory Certification: IIBF BC Certification within 2 months (fee reimbursed once). Non-compliance leads to deductions in fixed salary and non-renewal after 12 months.
- Roles & Responsibilities include monitoring BC agents, grievance redressal, financial literacy sessions, ensuring compliance with bank norms, reporting to Regional Office, cross-selling, recovery, verification, and other duties assigned by the Bank.
- Instances of false information or process violations will result in disqualification even at later stages. Bank reserves the right to cancel recruitment or alter vacancies without prior notice.
