Eligibility Criteria & Requirements
1. Educational Qualifications
The candidate shall be a Graduate in any stream (i.e., Science, Commerce, or Arts) or a Post-Graduate.

- M.A. in Rural Development
- M.A. in Sociology
- M.A. in Psychology
- B.Sc. (Veterinary)
- B.Sc. (Horticulture)
- B.Sc. (Agriculture)
- B.Sc. (Agricultural Marketing)
- B.A. with B.Ed., etc.
2. Teaching & Computer Skills
- Shall have a flair for teaching.
- Possess sound Computer Knowledge.
3. Language & Communication Skills
- Local Language: Excellent communication skills in the local language are essential.
- Added Advantage: Fluency in English and Hindi will be an added advantage.
4. Typing Skills & Experience
- Typing in Local Language: Skills in typing in the local language are essential.
- Additional Typing Skills: Typing skills in Hindi/English typing will be an added advantage.
- Faculty Experience: Previous experience as a Faculty member is preferred.

Job Roles, Functions & Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate appointed as Faculty will be required to execute the following core duties and administrative responsibilities:
Training & Session Handling
Work as Faculty of the Institute handling sessions relating to entrepreneurship, motivation, personality development, business management, conducting business games etc., guiding/educating the trainees, and coordinating the programmes of the Institute.
Pre-Training Activities
Conducting pre-training activities including Entrepreneurship Awareness Programmes (EAPs), generation of applications, and selection of candidates.
Annual Planning & Programme Design
Assisting the Director in designing the Annual Action Plan and structuring comprehensive training programmes.
Logistics & Guest Coordination
Arranging logistics for the training programmes, including training materials and arranging Guest faculty.
Post-Training Support & Escort Services
Providing post-training escort services including conducting follow-up meets and field visits.
Counseling & Credit Linkage
Providing counseling, facilitating credit linkage, preparation of project reports, etc.
Success Stories Compilation
Preparation of Success Stories and circulation of a minimum of two stories per month to the Controlling Office/MoRD.
Reporting Duties
Preparation of Post Programme Report, monthly reports, and other periodical reports as required.
Additional Duties
Any other work assigned by the Director from time to time.
