Remuneration and Employment Terms

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- B.E., B.Tech., BCA, MCA, M.E., M.Tech. in Computer Science, IT or Data Science preferred.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics or related quantitative fields preferred.
- Relevant certifications in Python, R, SQL, BI and Machine Learning preferred.
Experience
- Minimum eight years of experience in a limited company.
- Minimum five years in Data Analytics, Data Science or related areas.
Assistant Vice President II – Project Management Specialist
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- B.E., B.Tech., MCA, MBA or PGDM preferred.
- Relevant certifications such as SAFe Program Consultant, Certified Agile Coach, PMI-ACP and Salesforce Architect preferred.
Experience
- Minimum eight years of experience in a limited company.
- Minimum five years of project management experience.
- BFSI experience will be preferred.
Assistant Vice President I – Agile Transformation Expert
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- BE, B.Tech., ME, M.Tech., BCA and MCA preferred.
- Relevant certifications in Agile and CRM implementation preferred.
Experience
- Minimum five years of Agile transformation experience.
- Experience in CRM implementation projects in BFSI will be preferred.
Assistant Vice President I – Business Finance Analyst with BFSI Exposure
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, Mathematics and Financial Engineering preferred.
- CFA, CA, CPA, CMA, CAIA, ACCA, FRM and CIMA qualifications preferred.
Experience
- Minimum five years of relevant experience.
- Experience in financial planning, investment analysis, mergers and acquisitions and strategic finance.
- Experience in consulting firms, mutual funds, payment businesses and other financial institutions preferred.
Nationality and Citizenship Requirements
- Citizen of India.
- Subject of Nepal.
- Subject of Bhutan.
- Tibetan refugee who came to India before 1 January 1962.
- Person of Indian origin migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia or Vietnam.
