Remuneration Details
- Fixed Component: ₹15,000 per month
- Variable Component: ₹15,000 per month (performance-linked)

Roles and Responsibilities
- Monitor and supervise 50–60 BC Agents (may increase by 15–20%).
- Ensure banking services reach identified villages and community areas.
- Conduct financial literacy sessions and awareness camps.
- Ensure BCs follow guidelines, issue system-generated slips, and avoid offline transactions.
- Submit monthly and quarterly performance reports to Regional Office.
- Visit villages at least once every 15 days.
- Act as Brand Ambassador of Bank of Baroda.
Training and Capacity Building
The Regional Office will organize a 2-day training program covering the following topics:
- Overview of Bank of Baroda
- Financial Inclusion and its importance
- Financial products and Credit products
- BC Model, Technology, and Functioning
- Roles and responsibilities of BC Agents
- Monitoring and Supervision processes
Monitoring and Review
- Monthly performance review by the Regional Office.
- FI Coordinators will assign roles, targets, and monitor progress.
- Deputy Regional Heads (Financial Inclusion) will conduct half-yearly reviews.
Contract Renewal and Termination
- Contract may be terminated with 30 days’ notice by either party.
- Immediate termination possible for misconduct or poor performance.
- Renewal based on 6-monthly performance review.
