Salary and Allowances
- Base Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹19,000 per month
- Increment: ₹1,000 per year based on satisfactory performance
- Performance Incentive: ₹1,000 annually
- Fixed Conveyance Allowance: ₹1,000 per month
- Mobile Allowance: ₹300 per month
- Annual Medical Allowance: ₹5,000 per year (declaration basis)
- Other Benefits: EPF, ESI, and Gratuity as per rules
Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification: Must have passed 10th Standard
- Experience: Ability to read and write the local language preferred
- Language Proficiency: Kumaoni (Essential), Hindi, and English
- Age Limit (as on 04-01-2026): 22 to 40 years
Job Responsibilities
- Assist the Director and other staff in daily operations.
- Maintain cleanliness of office, classrooms, dormitories, and other institute areas.
- File and organize documents as directed by the office staff or Director.
- Perform banking-related errands such as passbook updates and other tasks assigned.
- Undertake any duties assigned by the Director from time to time.
