- Purely contractual appointment for 11 months only.
- No claim for permanent employment at AIIMS Jodhpur.
- Appointment is co-terminus with project.
- No TA/DA will be paid for interview.
- Private practice is strictly prohibited.
- Appointment can be terminated with 1 month notice.
- Misconduct or false information leads to immediate termination.
- Selected candidates must follow institutional rules and discipline.
- Final decision of selection committee will be binding.
Roles & Responsibilities (Counsellor - ATF)
- Assist in patient assessment and diagnosis.
- Provide counselling and motivational enhancement.
- Ensure patient follow-ups.
- Conduct individual and group counselling sessions.
- Conduct community awareness programs.
- Coordinate with NGOs and hospital departments.
- Provide referral services for advanced care.
- Any other duty assigned by authorities.
