Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

• ANM / GNM / BSc Nursing from a recognized board/university.
• All educational qualifications must be from recognized institutions in relevant field/area.

Desirable Qualifications

• Experience of working in labour room.
• Female candidates will be given preference.

Experience

• Experience gained after minimum essential qualification will be counted.

Age Limit & Relaxation

• Maximum Age: 30 Years (for fresh recruits)
• Age Relaxation: 5 years for Government servants and SC/ST candidates.
• Age Relaxation: 3 years for OBC candidates.
• Age Calculation Reference Date: 28/02/2026

6. Attach self-attested photocopies of proof of date of birth (Birth Certificate / Class 10th certificate), educational qualification mark sheets and degrees, experience certificates (if applicable), caste certificate (if applicable), qualifying degree registration with statutory council (if applicable), and other relevant testimonials.

Selection Process

• Mode of Selection: Interview.
• Written test will be conducted prior to interview if the number of eligible candidates exceeds 30 for the post, as per SOP.
• List of eligible candidates will be uploaded on AIIMS Patna website.
• No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.

Job Responsibilities

• Data collection.
• Coordination with selected centres for organizing training.
• Data entry.
• Helping scientist in conduct of training at facility posted.
• Coordinating for improvements in the centre.
• Other project-related activities assigned by Principal Investigator from time to time.

• Categories mentioned: General / OBC / SC / ST.
• Age relaxation applicable as per Government norms.
• Female candidates will be given preference.

• Appointment can be renewed if duration of project is extended by funding agency and performance is satisfactory as assessed by investigators.
