Eligibility Criteria

• Essential Qualification: BNYS degree registered under a recognized University.
• Desirable Qualification: Experience in working with clinical trials, knowledge of computer applications, and statistical packages.

Salary and Benefits

The selected candidate will receive a consolidated monthly remuneration of ₹35,000 plus HRA as per CCRYN guidelines. No other allowance or facility apart from the consolidated salary shall be admissible.

Selection Process

• Selection will be based on a written examination and/or interview as decided by the Recruitment Committee.
• Final selection will depend on eligibility, experience, and performance during the interview or test.
• Employee Performance Indicators will be applied during the project period.
• Decision of the Recruitment Committee will be final and binding.

Terms and Conditions

• The post is purely contractual and not a permanent employment with AIIMS Rishikesh.
• Contract period: One year or until completion of the project, whichever is earlier.
• The selected candidate must join within 30 days of the declaration of results.
• No claim for any regular post at AIIMS Rishikesh shall be entertained.
• Incomplete applications or those received after the due date will not be considered.
• No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
• Experience should be after acquiring the minimum essential qualification.
• Qualification, experience, and other conditions may be relaxed or altered at the discretion of the Director, AIIMS Rishikesh.
• Performance will be regularly evaluated by the Principal Investigator or Nodal Officer.
• The appointment can be terminated at any time without prior notice or compensation if performance is found unsatisfactory.
• If relieved from the position, one month’s prior notice or one month’s salary will be required.
• Wrong or false information submitted during the process of selection will disqualify the candidate at any stage.
