Applications are invited from eligible candidates for filling up the following posts under the Extramural Research Project titled "Effect of Work Place Holistic Health & Wellness Program on holistic wellness & work performance of employees of Rail Vikas Nigam Limited, Rishikesh" on a purely contractual basis at AIIMS Rishikesh.

Selection Process

Selection may be based on a Written Exam, Interview, or both.
Selected candidates must join within 5 days of result declaration.
The appointment is purely temporary and performance-based, with periodic reviews by the Principal Investigator/Nodal Officer.
No claim for any permanent employment or regularization at AIIMS Rishikesh shall be entertained.
Decision of the Recruitment Committee will be final and binding.

Terms and Conditions

Method of recruitment may be Written Exam / Interview or both.
The selected candidate must join within 5 days of the declaration of results.
Appointment is purely on a contractual basis initially for 6 months, extendable up to 12 months or till the duration of the project, whichever is earlier.
No claim for any other regular post in AIIMS Rishikesh shall be entertained.
Employee Performance Indicators will be applied for assessment.
Incomplete applications or those received after the due date will not be considered.
No TA/DA will be provided for attending the interview.
Experience should have been gained after acquiring the minimum essential qualification.
Qualifications, experience, and other terms and conditions may be relaxed/altered at the discretion of the Director or Recruitment Committee.
No other allowances/facilities apart from consolidated salary will be admissible.
Submission of false or incorrect information will lead to disqualification at any stage.
If the performance is unsatisfactory, the appointment may be terminated at any time without notice or compensation.
Appointee may resign by giving one month’s notice or paying one month’s salary in lieu of notice.
