Selection Process

• Selection may be based on a Written Exam, Interview, or both.
• Selected candidates must join within 5 days of result declaration.
• The appointment is purely temporary and performance-based, with periodic reviews by the Principal Investigator/Nodal Officer.
• No claim for any permanent employment or regularization at AIIMS Rishikesh shall be entertained.
• Decision of the Recruitment Committee will be final and binding.

Terms and Conditions

• Method of recruitment may be Written Exam / Interview or both.
• The selected candidate must join within 5 days of the declaration of results.
• Appointment is purely on a contractual basis initially for 6 months, extendable up to 12 months or till the duration of the project, whichever is earlier.
• No claim for any other regular post in AIIMS Rishikesh shall be entertained.
• Employee Performance Indicators will be applied for assessment.
• Incomplete applications or those received after the due date will not be considered.
• No TA/DA will be provided for attending the interview.
• Experience should have been gained after acquiring the minimum essential qualification.
• Qualifications, experience, and other terms and conditions may be relaxed/altered at the discretion of the Director or Recruitment Committee.
• No other allowances/facilities apart from consolidated salary will be admissible.
• Submission of false or incorrect information will lead to disqualification at any stage.
• If the performance is unsatisfactory, the appointment may be terminated at any time without notice or compensation.
• Appointee may resign by giving one month’s notice or paying one month’s salary in lieu of notice.
