Position Details

• Consolidated Salary: ₹28,000/- per month + HRA (as admissible)

• Tenure: Initially 6 months from date of appointment, extendable based on performance and project needs.
• Age Limit: Not exceeding 35 years. Age relaxation applicable as per government rules for reserved categories.

Eligibility Criteria

Job Responsibilities

• Blood and urine sample collection from study subjects
• Sample centrifugation, separation, storage, and timely transportation to IIT Roorkee
• Assisting in mass spectrometry work at IIT Roorkee
• Project coordination with collaborating centers
• Explaining procedures and obtaining informed consent from subjects
• Data entry and compilation
• Any other duties assigned related to the project

Reservation & Age Relaxation

• Reserved category candidates must provide valid and latest Caste Validity Certificates
• OBC candidates must produce valid Non-Creamy Layer certificate as per Government of India format for the current financial year
• PwD candidates must submit a disability certificate issued by a government medical board indicating ≥40% disability
• Age relaxation will be provided as per prevailing government rules

Selection Process

• Eligible candidates will be shortlisted based on the desirable qualifications
• Shortlisted candidates will be called for a written test and/or interview as required
• No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview
• Final results will be published on the AIIMS Rishikesh official website

Terms and Conditions

1. The position is purely temporary and co-terminus with the project duration
2. Selected candidates have no claim for regular appointment at AIIMS Rishikesh or ICMR
3. No benefits like PF, Pension, LTC, Medical Claim, etc. are applicable
4. Canvassing in any form will lead to disqualification
5. Candidates must submit original certificates for verification during the interview
6. Experience must be after acquiring the essential qualification and be clearly mentioned in the certificate
7. Government servants must produce a No Objection Certificate from their employer
8. False or incorrect information will result in disqualification at any stage
9. Written/Skill test may be conducted if required
10. At the time of joining, original educational and experience certificates, Aadhar card, NOC (if applicable), and photos must be submitted
11. Selected candidates must give an undertaking before joining
12. The contract can be terminated with one-month prior notice from either side
13. In case the project is delayed or stopped, salary may be withheld during that period
14. On project completion, all selected candidates’ appointments will be terminated automatically
15. Shortlisted candidate list will be valid for one year from result publication and renewable accordingly
16. Principal Investigator reserves the right to terminate the contract with a one-month notice

Important Applicant Instructions

• Selected project staff will be eligible for leave as per project recruitment rules. Leave policies will be applicable after signing an undertaking.
• In case a selected candidate resigns, they must provide a one-month notice or forfeit one month’s salary in lieu of notice.
• If the project funding is halted or delayed due to unforeseen reasons, the salary may be withheld during such periods.
• Upon project completion or non-extension, all appointments will be deemed terminated without further notice.
• No litigation or claim regarding employment protection will be entertained post-project completion.
