Shortlisted candidates will be notified on the official AIIMS Raipur website. No separate communication will be sent. At the time of the interview, candidates must carry:
- Original documents and one set of self-attested photocopies
- Filled application form
- Two recent colour photographs

Eligibility Criteria
For Project Nurse-II
- Minimum second class or equivalent CGPA in a 3-year General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) course
- Maximum Age: 30 years as on date of interview
- Responsibilities: Patient follow-ups, enrollment, contact tracing, counseling, sampling, research logistics, administrative tasks, and other duties assigned by PI
For Data Entry Operator
- Graduate degree (3 years) from a recognized university with knowledge of data entry
- 01 year Certificate/Diploma in Computer Application from a recognized institute or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in administrative support, medical documentation, clinical data, reporting, project documentation, financial records, and proficiency in MS Office
- Maximum Age: 30 years as on date of interview

Selection Process
- Applications will be scrutinized by PI/selection committee.
- Selection will be through interview and/or written test, if deemed necessary by the committee.

Other Terms & Conditions
- Appointment is purely contractual and does not guarantee regular employment with AIIMS Raipur.
- The appointment may be terminated with one month’s notice from either side or by paying one month’s salary.
- No additional allowances apart from the consolidated salary will be provided.
- Appointee shall not engage in any other assignment, paid or otherwise, during the contract period.
- If required, candidates may undergo medical examination by competent authority.
- Providing false information will lead to disqualification and termination.
- Canvassing in any form will result in disqualification.
- Final decision of the competent authority is binding and no correspondence will be entertained.
- The appointment is subject to continuation of funds by ICMR and project requirements.
