Eligibility Criteria – HRM Department
- Qualification: MBA in HR (Full-Time) from a Government recognized University
- Preferred Qualification: LL.B. (Labour Laws) or Master’s in Labour Studies / Social Science
- Experience: Minimum 10 years in handling and supervising HR operations in reputed Co-operative / Nationalised / Private Bank or Financial Institution
- Age Limit: Preferably below 50 years (relaxation may be allowed for deserving candidates)
Eligibility Criteria – Treasury Department
- Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree from a Government recognized University
- Preferred Qualification: JAIIB-II / CAIIB & DTRIM, Treasury Management Certification, Foreign Exchange Certification through IIBF or reputed institute
- Experience: Minimum 10 years in Treasury & Clearing Operations in Banking or Financial Institutions
- Age Limit: Preferably below 50 years (relaxation applicable for deserving cases)
Eligibility Criteria – I.T. Department
- Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree from recognized University
- Preferred Qualification: Technical Degree in Computers / IT, CISA Certification
- Experience: Minimum 15 years in Banking / Financial Institutions with relevant IT experience
- Age Limit: Below 55 years (relaxation may be allowed)
