Remuneration and Benefits

Eligibility Criteria

• The candidate should be a Graduate with minimum 60% marks or equivalent grade.
• Must be a Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
• Degree and membership must be obtained from a recognized or deemed university.
• Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience as Company Secretary in a company with paid-up capital of at least ₹10 Crores (as on 01.10.2025).
• Knowledge of the Companies Act, 2013, Corporate Laws, Board Meeting Procedures, and related compliance work.
• Preference will be given to candidates having working experience in Government Organizations as Company Secretary.

Age Limit

• Maximum Age Limit: 45 years as on 01.10.2025.

Contract Appointment Details

Selection Process

• Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview. The date, time, and venue will be informed through email.
• The selection will be made by a Committee constituted by the Competent Authority.
• Candidates must appear for the interview at their own cost.
• The selected candidate must accept the offer within 15 days from receipt of the offer, failing which the next eligible candidate will be considered.
• The management reserves the right to assess the fitness of the selected candidate before appointment.
